Trainee
BGPartner is a leading, nationally and internationally oriented law firm specialized in business law and negotiation. We create solution spaces that inspire.
With our offices in Bern and Zurich, we advise and litigate for companies and private individuals in all areas of business law (in particular contract and corporate law, M&A, banking and financial market law) as well as in the area of planning and construction law.
Our trainees become familiarised with the entire spectrum of the work of attorneys. For this reason, they are thrown “into the deep end” from the start and receive assignments in the same manner as “ripe” attorneys. Among their tasks are the preparing of legal evaluations, the editing of contracts, the drafting of pleadings, as well as contact with clients, opposing counsel, and authorities.
You are a team player, motivated, have a particular interest in private law issues (especially in contract and corporate law) and are characterized by an accurate, independent and expeditious working style.
A good law degree is required (Bachelor's degree with an overall grade of at least cum laude or equivalent) as well as excellent German and good English skills. A completed court internship is desirable, but not mandatory.
