BGP at ADAM Global Regional Meeting Europe

08. March 2018

The ADAM Global Regional Meeting Europe took place on 26 February 2018 at the Caledonian Club in London. In addition to networking, the conference focused on the launch of the ADAM Law Network and the execution of BREXIT and its impact on cross-border business relations with Great Britain.

Bader ▪ Gnehm & Partner attended the conference with a group of partners and senior associates and took the opportunity to further strengthen relationships within the network.

As a special guest we had the privilege to welcome Baroness Couttie Philippa Marion Roe (Member of the House of Lords). She gave us a first-hand insight into the challenges which the UK Parliament faces in implementing BREXIT. The conference was rounded off with a visit to the House of Parliament (Westminster Palace).

30 Years Bader Gnehm & Partner

12. February 2018

In 1988, the foundation stone for today's law firm "Bader Gnehm & Partner" was laid on Münstergasse, Berne. Since then 30 years have passed and the world as well as the legal profession and our law firm have changed a lot. The number of lawyers in Switzerland has risen from 4,000 to 12,000. And we have grown from a one-man law firm into a leading medium-sized business law firm with offices in Berne, Murten and Zurich and a worldwide network of partner law firms.

On 3 February 2018, we were able to toast to this joyous event with friends and clients from all over the world in the Kornhauskeller in Berne. The evening was accompanied by Imelda Gabs, a gifted young jazz pianist who is already a fixture at our annual jazz brunch in the summer.

Impressions of the evening can be found here.
