Successful transaction

BGPartner advised the owners of TSE Troller AG on the successful sale of their 100% shareholding in TSE Troller AG. TSE Troller AG is a leading international company with over 60 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of high-quality coating nozzles and is headquartered in Murgenthal AG.
The buyer is Indutrade AB, an industrial group listed on Nasdaq Stockholm with over 200 companies in around 30 countries.
BGPartner advised the sellers strategically and operationally on all legal issues throughout the entire sales process up to the successful signing and closing of the transaction and led the negotiations.
The BGPartner team was led by Olivier Bula (Partner).

SRF reports on PostFinance case
28. July 2023
The pilot case against PostFinance has reached the Swiss media landscape. SRF - Swiss Radio and Television reported on the case in the format Espresso. The report, which lasted about five minutes, gave details about the situation of the software error in the payment processor of an online casino, which had led to massive minus balances for PostFinance customers. More than 1,000 people in Switzerland were affected.
