Cooperative Swiss Book Center (BC) acquires a majority shareholding in bpm consult ag (bpm). 

BC is a leading service provider in Swiss book trade. bpm is a Swiss market leader for business software for bookshops and publisher. Bader Gnehm & Partner acted as legal advisor to BC regarding all aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Oliver Gnehm and Alexander K. Iten (both Partners in Zurich).

The article discusses the key issues relevant in practice regarding the information right and is published in the publication series „Forum Europarecht“ of the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
