BGP advises Horizons Ventures regarding a venture capital investment

Horizons Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Hong Kong with a focus on disruptive and technology-focused start-ups (www.horizonsventures.com), invested in a Zurich based start-up company, which is active in ‘big data analytics‘. Bader Gnehm & Partner acted as legal advisor to Horizons Ventures regarding all aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Oliver Gnehm (Partner in Zurich).

Groundbreaking ruling by Zurich's High Court

The High Court of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland, approved on October 1 2011 the appeal of two bank customers, represented by Bader ▪ Gnehm & Partner, against Credit Suisse and ruled that Credit Suisse must release information about all bank-internal personal data regarding these bank customers.
